Room cancellations are accepted only in writing. Up to 30 days prior to your date of arrival we do not charge any cancellation fees.

From 20-14 days prior to your arrival we charge 50% of the period booked. For 13 days and less or in the case of early departure we charge 80% of the period booked (not applicable if you hold travel cancellation insurance). more...
