. Finnische Sauna
Finnische Sauna

The term sauna originates from the Finnish language and means "wooden room". The room is heated up to a temperature of between 80° and 90°C with a sauna oven. In order to increase the humidity and the "felt temperature" in the sauna, water (enriched with ethereal oils) is poured on the hot stones on the sauna oven. This process is called "infusion".

Visiting the sauna on a regular basis strengthens the immune system, prevents colds, opens up the respiratory tract in the nose and throat area, and provides physical recreation and relaxation.

. Biological sauna
Biological sauna

This enables you to sweat gently.
The temperature reaches approximately 55°-60°C with a humidity of approximately 40%.
This sauna sooths circulation, and the aromatic fragrance of herbal essences provides wellbeing.

. Vapor steam bath
Vapor steam bath

The steam bath is more suitable than the 90°C hot Finnish sauna for people with circulatory complaints.
Water vapour is emitted in a closed room with a temperature of 45°C and a humidity of almost 100%.
Due to the high humidity, the respiratory tract is moisturized, the skin pores are opened and the organism starts sweating. This sauna detoxifies the body, stimulates the metabolism, and strengthens the bodily defence.

. Infrared cabin
Infrared cabin

Depending on the setting the temperature reaches approximately 35°C.
The deep infrared heat loosens muscle tensions and sooths back aches;
it strengthens the immune system, reduces stress and increases the use of calories.

. Sulfurea Relax Grotto
Sulfurea Relax Grotto

In our mystic grotto you walk on stone slabs over the sulphuric source water to the heated waterbeds.
Here you can find relaxation after your treatments or between sauna sessions.

. Sulfurea Kneipp Course
Sulfurea Kneipp Course

Priest Sebastian Kneipp developed this concept of water treatment in the 19th Century.
Walking in alternately cold and warm water stimulates circulation, prevents varicose veins, sooths migraine and strengthens the immune system.

. COLD SULPHUR - for arms and body
COLD SULPHUR - for arms and body

The sulphur water diving basin with 6.1°C cold water from our medicinal source stimulates circulation, strengthens the veins, stimulates the metabolism, and builds up resistance.

After a sauna session we recommend cooling down your body in the arm bath first, and in the diving basin afterwards. This way you achieve the healthy Kneipp effect.
