Dogs will be accepted by prior arrangement and with a dog basket. You loyal four-legged friend may not enter the dining room, spa or wet area. We charge €28.00 per day plus a one-off final clean of €35.00
You can park your car in our convenient, 42-space underground garage. Please reserve your space when you reserve your room. There is a charge of €10 per day.
Our à la carte restaurant is open every day for lunch and dinner.
Our rooms are available from 3 pm on the day you arrive. On your day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 10 am. Check-out is by 11 am. We request that you let us know by telephone if you will be arriving late (after 8 pm). Rooms or beds that have been booked but not occupied will be charged for the entire period booked (including in the case of late arrival or early departure).
If you wish to reserve a room, we request that you send us a written confirmation by email, post or fax. Your reservation will be considered binding as soon as we receive your deposit of 40% of the total price for the booked stay by cheque, postal transfer or bank transfer or by Click to Pay . A confirmation of having taken out a travel cancellation insurance policy will also be valid for a definitive reservation.

We offer our guests the option to take out an excellent value-for-money travel cancellation insurance policy.
Room cancellations can only be accepted in writing. Up to 30 days before the planned start of your holiday, we do not charge a cancellation fee. 29-14 days beforehand, we will invoice 50% of the total cost of the booked stay. If you cancel 13 days or fewer before the planned start of your stay, or in the event of early departure, 100% of the agreed price for the booked, but unused days will be charged.
