The fitness programme in our gym area changes daily and guests can take part free of charge – so you can do something that’s good for you and your body even when it’s raining or snowing outside.
Use our Nautilus and Technogym equipment, gym balls, weights, resistance bands and other facilities to warm up before going out to take part in the outdoor activities in the Dolomites. The exercises on the machines are ideal for preventing pulled muscles and problems caused by overexertion.
The Bad Moos – Dolomites Spa Resort fitness and gym area is also the ideal place to do daily exercises and improve your fitness and physical performance.
And if you want to combine indoor and outdoor activities, you can take advantage of the resort’s own fitness trail.
